Group Fitness Classes

BOOM Fitness: 45 minutes

BOOM Fitness is a cardio drumming style class. It is a super fun class that is designed for Beginners, Out of shape adults, Older individuals, & Movement/Motivation seekers. We do various fitness and dance moves to music from many fabulous decades of music straight through to today’s current hits. This class is low impact and can be done while seated in a chair if needed. 

Power Hour: 1 Hour

Power Hour is a strength & cardio class using small dumbbells, bands and other equipment to give you a great full body workout. This class runs in various formats including circuit, tabata and stationary. Every exercise is modifiable which means every fitness level is welcomed and capable. You will leave this class feeling inspired, energized and accomplished. Bring a yoga mat & water bottle to class. 

Chair Fitness 45 Minutes

This class focuses on light strength training and functional exercises that can be easily modified to suit your current fitness level and physical abilities.

Most exercises can be performed while seated, ensuring comfort and accessibility, with no floor exercises required. This class is perfect for individuals who are new to strength training, those who may have limited experience with fitness & seniors.

Step Aerobics: 45 minutes

An energetic and engaging class that utilizes a raised platform, known as a step, to enhance cardiovascular fitness and lower body strength. We will  perform a series of choreographed steps and movements on and around the step, which can be adjusted in height to increase or decrease intensity. The class combines rhythmic stepping with upbeat music, incorporating various patterns and routines to keep the workout dynamic and fun. 

fit & Fierce bootcamp: 60 minutes

 A high-energy workout class designed to target every major muscle group through a series of dynamic exercises.  This class involves short bursts of activity followed by brief rest periods, keeping the heart rate up and maximizing calorie burn. We will use a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and functional movements.

Sassy Sluggers: 60 minutes

Whether you’re looking to boost your fitness, build confidence, or explore a new sport, our supportive and energizing environment is perfect for newcomers. This class will guide you through the foundational techniques of boxing, focusing on developing powerful and precise punches. Learn the essentials of boxing stances, footwork, and core punches including the jab, cross, hook, and uppercut. No prior experience is necessary—just bring your enthusiasm and readiness to learn. 

Dance fitness: 60 minutes

 Stop dreading your workouts! Dance Fitness is a super fun way to burn calories. There are no tricky dance steps, just lots of moving and grooving incorporating fitness to amazing songs from all different genres! You will have so much fun you won't even think of it as exercise!

Stretch Yoga: 60 minutes

$8

This class blends physical postures, breathwork, and mindfulness to promote overall well-being. We will practice poses designed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance while also focusing on deep, conscious breathing to enhance relaxation and mental clarity.. Suitable for all levels, Yoga provides a supportive environment for building body awareness, reducing stress, & cultivating inner peace. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class offers a balanced approach.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING: 50 MINUTES

$8

All of the benefits of a personal training session but shared with up to 6 other individuals. This means you get a complete guided workout with a trainer but at a fraction of the cost. During the small group sessions we will do various strength and cardio exercises giving you a complete full body workout.  Bring a water bottle to class.
