I’ve been on a weight loss journey for most of my life.
From childhood obesity to trying (and failing) countless diets in adulthood, I know the struggle all too well.
After losing over 100 pounds, I found myself right back where I started—plus some. But this time, everything changed.
I finally stopped chasing diets and started digging into the emotional side of my relationship with food. I focused on my mental health, anxiety, and stress. After months of therapy and another 62-pound loss, I made the decision to have vertical sleeve gastrectomy to help me finally break the cycle of obesity.
Now, I use everything I’ve learned—personally and professionally—to help others rewrite their story. As a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, I guide clients through sustainable weight loss support, habit-building, mindset shifts, and fitness that actually feels good.
