This class runs in various formats including circuit, tabata and stationary. Every exercise is modifiable which means every fitness level is welcomed and capable. You will leave this class feeling inspired, energized and accomplished. Bring a yoga mat & water bottle to class.
BOOM Fitness is a cardio drumming style class. It is a super fun class that is designed for Beginners, Out of shape adults, Older individuals, & Movement/Motivation seekers. We do various fitness and dance moves to music from many fabulous decades of music straight through to today’s current hits. This class is low impact and can be done while seated in a chair if needed.
